Early Spring Lawn Care Treatment

CRABGRASS
A crabgrass preventative is applied to the lawn. This will prevent crabgrass seeds from germinating. As crabgrass is an annual weed (it dies each Fall), it needs to grow from seed each year. By preventing it now, your lawn should be crabgrass free for the season.

FERTILIZER
Nitrogen, Potassium, and Phosphorus are the macro-nutrients your lawn needs just as Proteins, Carbohydrates, and Fats are what your body needs. This Spring fertilizer will give your lawn the necessary nutrition to green up and build a strong root system for the coming year.

SPOT SEEDING
As nobody’s lawn is perfect all year every year, nor will yours be. The trick is to re-seed those bare spots once they appear. After the Winter, you will likely have bare patches for a variety of reasons. This is a great time to get the right seed into your lawn and start the healing process.
